I am the kind of person that dreads the car-buying process so after A LOT of online research and a few family and co-worker referrals, I went to Balise. I had seen the Rav 4 and I was interested in it but had a lot of questions. I usually drive a coupe or small sedan and I was looking for more room but easy to drive. The salesman, Sam, was really knowledgable and was able to explain things to me in real life terms and not just car dealer-speak. Every silly question I had was answered right away and I ended up leasing the Rav. He never made me feel rushed or pressured which made it so much more stress-free than I expected. After much research on the Toyota Prius and a Subaru Legacy, I proceeded to contact Dealers online. I wanted to make sure I was being offered a fair price for both vehicles before choosing to visit a Dealer. I won't go into detail but my past experience when buying a new car has been anything but pleasant. I'm very glad to say my experience with Balise Toyota has been very pleasant. First I received an email quote and follow up call from Shante Powell to schedule a test drive, no pressure. I should also mention the price quote was a very good one, confirmed on Consumer Reports and "Truecar.com". On visiting the Dealership, I met with Sales Consultant Sean Mahoney. Again no pressure, we took the Prius for a test drive as Shawn and I chatted about the vehicle. Sean was very knowledgeable and helpful, I would gladly do business with him and Balise again. We knew exactly what we wanted and had visited several local Toyota dealerships. Lillian was honest and professional, not like the sales reps at other dealerships. We were deceptively lured into 2 other dealerships (Tarbox and Herb Chambers of Auburn, MA) by sales staff who quoted low prices that included incentives and rebates. No one ever mentioned what the incentives or rebates were for until we arrived to purchase the car. The sales staff even had the nerve to admit they were deceptive because, "all the other dealerships do it so we have to do it also to be competitive" (their exact words). Lillian was honest from the beginning, told us about the rebate scam and said, when you've had enough, come back and see me. I cannot begin to tell you what a great car buying experience this has been. First I met with Anthony who could not have been more of a joy to work with. He quickly tuned into what I was (& wasn't) looking for and found us the perfect car! He even RAN to get a glass of water when my son dropped his binky on the floor. Then Chris came in and moved heaven and earth to get us into our car. Signing the papers with Eric was a breeze! He explained everything without making it confusing! My boyfriend and I were looking for a used car safe for our family, we had gone to a few different places. we felt like we were being jerked around and weren't getting a good car for our money. A friend of mine had told me her nephew worked for balise so I called him. we talked, he told me to come down and take a look at what he has for us. we were picky but he didn't mind. he made us feel comfortable and not rushed. he had found the perfect car for our family. After losing a Ford Mustang GT on Ebay which the dealer sold out from under me after accepting my bid and Ebay notifying that my bid had been accepted. (dealer in Kansas) I found another Mustang GT on the internet at Balise Toyota. I called and talked to Derek about the car and told him I was interested in it. He placed me on hold went outside and made sure the car wasn't sold. he took credit card info to hold car till I could get down there the following day. When we arrived he met us and went out back and brought the car around front for us to look at. This was a nice car, couldn't find a mark on it so we took it out for a spin, real nice running car. So we decided to buy it. They did everything for us, registration and all the other stuff that is needed. After he was done we met with Marc to go finance. when he got done working his magic we were able to drive it home to NH. Great people to work with and service. I recently visited Balise for my automotive purchase. Overall it was the best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. My salesman, Joshua Palardy, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Everybody hears the stories of stereotypical car salesman's badger-like qualities, but not here. from the moment i was greeted by Josh Palardy, i knew it was going to be a pleasant experience. he is a clean cut, friendly, and professional young man. He is very knowledgeable on his product and makes the ENTIRE process easy and smooth. He helped me find the right vehicle for me and even though i did not intend on purchasing a vehicle that day, Josh made me comfortable enough to end my shopping there at Balise. not only was he superb through the sales transaction, but afterwards he took me to FILL up my gas tank. This is my second year to lease a new Toyota Corolla. The lease process is long and complicated but the sales man and manager I worked with made it pleasant. I drove in with my 2010 leased Toyota Corolla and drove out on the same day with a new Toyota Corolla. I have never needed service on my Toyota except maintenance. It is a joy to drive. After extensive online research, I chose to shop at Balise due to their numerous positive reviews and the fact that they have the lowest prices around. I worked Norman and Gordy, who made sure I got exactly what I wanted. I never felt pressured into buying something I didn't want, which was a big fear I had going into this adventure. Big props to Balise Toyota. Having bought many cars in my life I am very familiar with the whole process. I called Chris Couco (sales manager) on the phone and it was smooth sailing from there. We agreed on a price for the type of Camry I was looking for and made an appointment to see the car. Chris handed me to a sales person when I arrived (Norman Marcano) who was totally prepared and waiting for me. We did the paperwork and I was introduced to Jason Silva (finance director). I LOVE my used (but new to me) car! I read so many horror stories about buying a car from a dealer, and I didn't want to get ripped off and was pretty apprehensive about even walking in the door. "Used car salesmen" have a rep of being dirty rotten liars, and a dealership - well that's about the worst place you could go - right? WRONG! Well maybe, but definitely NOT if you go to Balise Toyota. I walked in, was greeted and Julio came right over. We talked for a few minutes and he gathered some information about what I was looking for. He helped guide me through the process of finding a car. Amazingly, he let me walk out the door (even though I was clearly ready to buy) without a car. We just didn't find anything I wanted. The next day, he called to see if I found anything online that I liked. I looked, and there was something new. I went in the following day to go for a test drive, but the car I wanted to drive had been sold. Julio found 2 other cars that weren't even on his lot and had them brought over for me to test drive. I didn't want to finance a car, and although my financing options were still presented to me pretty heavily the first day, when I came back the second day the sales manager said "are you sure you don't want to finance" and I said "I'm sure" and it was never brought up again. We drove 70 miles from Cape Cod because Balise Toyota of Warwick had the best price, so low that Cape dealerships couldn't match it. I had put my car up for sale on Autotrader.com. Signed up for the "Instant Offer" program. Danielle Camastro of Balise Toyota called just moments later and made me a generous offer to buy my car outright. WOW! They also happened to have the Model Car (not a Toyota) I was looking to buy on their lot. Danielle put me through to Bill Macastro (General Manager) and after some gentle negotiations he made me an offer I couldn't refuse, so I traded my car in for theirs. I have purchased many automobiles in the past and this is by far my best experience to date. My car buying experience was a joy from start to finish. My salesperson Bob Cipriano was wonderful to work with! He was very knowledgeable about Toyota's, he was kind and patient with me. The manager Bob Barker was fabulous to work with and put me at ease. The finance person Benny was funny and made the financing portion seem easy. Even when picking up my new car, they went through the car with me making sure I knew how to use all the options. Went through the manual with me and explained when my registration would be ready. Bob followed up with me to make sure everything was going well with my car after the purchase as well. We sat down for a short while to discuss my interest in a new vehicle. I was also planning to sell my currently owned car privately. We then took a car for a test drive. Big fan of the dealership, I drove 2.5 hours just for the customer service and persistence. I ordered a FJ Cruiser Trail Teams in Jan however the disaster in Japan pushed the delivery date out until June. The sales manager Bobby Blacker was my main point of contact and was very diligent in follow up. He let me know every week the status of the car and when it might arrive. Given it was a limited edition model there were only a few coming into the US. Somehow Bobby was able to fight for my car and of the 3 that were delivered in June one was assigned to me. Once we had a definitive delivery date I worked with Bill and Erick who were 100% customer focused and made sure my experience was exceptional. When I arrived at the dealership I was impressed with its size and how friendly the staff was. It seemed most of them knew who I was before arriving. This is a very family focused dealership. For the ride I brought my 2 girls who had a great time playing on the pirate ship, eating donuts, coloring working books, watching TV all provided by the dealership. Those extras made it much easier for me when I was going though the paperwork. All said and done the service was awesome, the deal was great and the GM Bill grilled my kids and I lunch. I actually traveled 125 miles from Hanover, MA to Balise Toyota in Warwick RI just tp purchase a new Toyota Prius. All because someone had told me to check them out as I would get a better deal and more importantly, I would end up as a satisfied customer. I DID GET A BETTER DEAL AND I AM A SATISFIED CUSTOMER. I visited more than 10 Toyota dealerships in my area and the prices they gave me were more than I was willing to pay, plus the selection of Prius's and the wait time for delivery was more than I was willing to accept. From the moment I walked into Balise Toyota I was delighted with the response of the staff and sales people. First off, there was a sea of smiles. The dealership was immaculate and easily accessible from the highway. The cars on display were wonderfully lined up and just what I wanted to see - there they were - the Prius's. Various color, various models. WOW! Let me tell you, I was instantly hooked. I had originally spoken to Jack Moran who is a Sales Manager. He was the one who had explained everything I needed to know about the Prius itself. I was taken to him immediately. He then introduced me to Bill Camastro, the General Manager and also to Robert Blacker who is the General Sales Manager. Both these gentlemen took time from their busy schedules to welcome me and tell me something about the dealership. Then Mr. Moran brought me to Chris Daniels who is a salesperson. He explained the car and took me on a test drive. When I finally decided to purchase the car I was introduced to the Finance Manager who informed me of various options I had. He went over everything I was signing and explained the warranty and extended warranty I had purchased. He made the financing process so easy and less pressured than I thought it would be. After signing for the car, a Miss Randy Ortiz took the time to answer any additional questions I might have. Then I was brought to the service area to look it over and meet people. When I set out to buy the new car, I had no idea what I really wanted or would end up with. Balise Toyota was the first stop and the last stop. There were five other non Toyota stops in between. From the start the professional look, courteous and patient sales presentations from Chris Daniels made us feel very comfortable. We went from thinking Camry to buying a Venza. By that point Chris knew what we really wanted. I'm the type of person who does his homework, and have been doing research for 8 months on a new Tundra. I've had a solid month of serious dealing with "other" out of state Toyota dealers...I have been frustrated, beat up, and insulted. When I walked into Balise, I was treated with respect the second I walked through the door. My salesman was Kenny Banks and he was phenomenal, he made my buying experience hassle free, stress free, and uncomplicated! I was upfront and honest with Kenny, I told him what I wanted, how much I was willing to pay for it, and what I was willing to accept for for my trade. Well let me tell you, I had the most unbelievably pleasant experience! Kenny delivered EXACTLY what I wanted! Kenny and the Balise sales team "made the numbers work", in addition, sold me a few extra options for their cost. My vehicle was located and delivered from an out of state dealer in less than 48 hours. When I received a call from Kenny telling me my truck was at Balise I couldn't hang up the phone fast enough and raced down. I walked in the showroom and there it was...my 2011 Toyota Tundra CrewMax Rock Warrior!!!! Words could not describe how beautiful the truck was. It was far greater than my expectations! The truck was detailed inside and out prior to delivery. Kenny Banks is a honest hard working guy who is there to work for the customer, to get you exactly what you are looking for. When I arrived, Kenny said, "let's take her for a ride." So Kenny, my father, and I hopped in my new truck. We drove to the gas station where Balise filled up the tank on the house. Kenny explained in detail that when he sells a vehicle, the personal experience with the customer is the most important facet of the sale, and that it's a tradition of his to drive with every one of his customers to fill their tank up for the very first time. This was my second experience with Balise Toyota. The first was three years ago leasing a 2009 Camry. Being very pleased with the vehicle and my overall experience at Balise, I knew I would return. When I returned last month, many things had changed; a beautiful state-of-the-art showroom and service facility, as well as a new (to me) sales specialist, Bob Cipriano. I was referred to Bob by someone who told me he was the "top guy". Top guy was an understatement; he is a true professional. Bob was nothing less than courteous, confident, competent and accomodating. His follow through was exceptional, and at every turn he made me feel like he was working his hardest to make me completely satisfied. I have been to this dealership a couple of times with my friend prior to my own purchase of a new car there today. The staff was always friendly and attentive during each one of our visits. I also like the atmosphere of the showroom and the "office" area. We have been shopping for cars and stopped by about a dozen dealerships in the New England area...Bob Cipriano is by far the most easy-going and honest salesperson that we've met. Bob is very professional and not pushy at all. We never felt like we were getting the run-around whenever we communicated with Balise folks. They always seemed genuinely interested in us, what we wanted, and how to get it for us. The finance team did a great job providing us with options and detailing what the best deal FOR US would be. You don't get that to often in business. I went to balise toyota in the summer time and work with Luis. I brought a used low milage camry, in perfect condition. I didn't think that I was going to approved for a loan, but Luis and his business manager assured me that they would work with me to get me a loan. On my visit to balise Toyota I did my research on what car I wanted and price I wanted to spend. so when I came in I was expecting for a typical salesmen to just get the sale and didn't care for my needs. John woodine did an excellent job on finding the car for me even though they had sold the car that i originaly wanted which was a 2007 acura tsx. My next option that I glanced at was a 2006 Toyota avalon. I really didn't pay any mind to that car because it was out of my interest. But john went they extra mile and didn't apply any pressure to buy and said let's go for a test drive and let me know what you think. so we did and he deffinitely made we want the car even more. Soon after i knew that the price negotiations were going to start. We sat down and john ask what was my price range and what type of warranty coverage I was looking for. And Mr. Bobby blacker worked with john and man they did just that. At first I was a bit if'y and just needed time to think about it. So I had let them know that I would sleep on it and. Mind you its closing time and these two guys were ready to play the waiting game with me until we came to an agreement. I liked that a lot because they were both willing. Went to balise toyota to buy a car and had the expectation that this would be a long and drawn out process, I had shopped other dealers and felt that this dealership would be the same as others that I had visited. I knew what I wanted and didn't want to waist a lot of time. They had the car I was looking for and met with the sales manager named Jack Moran, after talking with him he assured me that there was a new management team in place and that there was a different philosophy of doing business, straight forward no money games and to treat the customer the way you would wanted to be treated if you were trying to buy a car. He left and I thought for a moment lets see if this is true. After retuning he gave me a price that was $800.00 better than my best price. I agreed that this was a good deal and bought the car. My expectation were not coming true after agreeing on a price I was Informed by a gentleman named Bobby Blacker that I would be able to drive my new car home today this again caught me of guard as I thought that I would have to make another trip and take more time out of my busy day. They also arranged my finances and got me a great Interest rate. I was in and out with my new car in less than two Hours. I went because they had the lowest price, by far on a used Sienna. The price was the price, no gimmicks and they gave me great trade value on my old van I was trading in. There were a couple of hiccups in the vehicle prep (hence the 4 in quality) and I spent a lot of time (2 hrs) waiting around to get out of there, but they made it up to me by topping off my tank and giving me a huge break on an extended warantee, so overall it was a 5. The showroom is luxurious and I am not a car person, and I usually buy simple utilitarian vehicles. I am the guy who buys those "loss leaders" you see in the papers, so in general, car salesman don't like me. But this team, they were just great, they treated me like I was buying a $50,000 BMW, not a $16,000 minivan.
